ANALYTICS & MARKETING INTELLIGENCE

Turn your marketing data into a clearer next move.

Understand what is happening, what deserves attention and where to invest next. Connect measurement to the decisions your business needs to make.

Let’s Talk Growth

01 / DECISIONS FIRST

Know what works.
Understand what comes next.

The right reporting connects activity to useful business questions.

01

Are we measuring the right things?

Define the outcomes and customer actions that matter. Review how they are captured, where definitions differ and which data gaps limit what the team can confidently conclude.

02

What is contributing to performance?

Look across campaigns, channels and customer journeys. Use consistent reporting and attribution context to understand the patterns, while making the limits of the available data clear.

03

What should we change?

Translate findings into budget choices, campaign priorities and testing opportunities. Give the team a practical view of what to continue, investigate or improve.

02 / WHAT THE WORK CAN INCLUDE

A clearer view
of the business.

The scope depends on your current systems, data quality and decision needs. We define useful deliverables before adding more reporting.

Measurement strategy

A measurement plan that defines the outcomes, key metrics, conversion events and reporting questions behind your marketing.

Tracking and attribution

A review of the current setup, prioritized tracking improvements and a clear explanation of what the available attribution can tell you.

Dashboards and reporting

Reports organized around the audience and decisions they serve, with consistent definitions and enough context to interpret the numbers.

Customer and campaign intelligence

Analysis that helps identify audience patterns, journey friction, budget opportunities and the next questions worth testing.

What you can hire us to do

Know what the work includes.

Start with the business problem. Then define the deliverables, responsibilities and measures that make the engagement useful.

Measurement planning and tracking audits

Best fit: For teams that cannot confidently connect marketing activity to business outcomes.

What we do

We define the outcomes and inspect how they are captured across relevant analytics, ad platforms and CRM systems. We review duplicates, missing events and mismatched definitions before recommending changes.

What you receive

  • Measurement plan and event definitions
  • Tracking findings with evidence
  • Implementation priorities
  • Validation and reconciliation checklist

How we evaluate progress

Accuracy and completeness of the agreed events. An audit identifies changes; implementation and live validation are separately scoped.

Dashboards and reporting

Best fit: For decision makers who need a concise, consistent view of marketing performance.

What we do

We identify the decisions the report must support, confirm source availability and define the metrics. Reporting can combine campaign, website and CRM views with clear limitations and a review rhythm.

What you receive

  • Reporting requirements
  • Metric dictionary and source map
  • Agreed dashboard or report
  • Interpretation and maintenance guidance

How we evaluate progress

Whether stakeholders can answer the agreed questions and identify next actions. A polished dashboard cannot correct missing or unreliable source data.

Customer, campaign and commercial analysis

Best fit: For teams deciding where to invest, what to test or why performance changed.

What we do

We analyze relevant customer, channel and conversion data, distinguish correlation from stronger evidence and document uncertainty. The work can cover segmentation, funnel analysis, attribution context and experiment readouts.

What you receive

  • Analysis brief and data-quality review
  • Findings and supporting evidence
  • Prioritized recommendations
  • Follow-up measurement or experiment plan

How we evaluate progress

Decision quality, testable recommendations and subsequent business outcomes. We do not present attribution models as a complete causal explanation.

Your proposal specifies the selected services, deliverables, production quantities, revisions, access, ownership and reporting cadence. Media spend, platform subscriptions and third-party production costs are agreed separately. The examples show types of work, not a promise that every item is included in every engagement.

03 / FROM REPORTING TO ACTION

Build a useful
review rhythm.

01

Define the questions.

Identify the business decisions, stakeholders and measures the work needs to support.

02

Connect the evidence.

Review data sources and tracking. Establish consistent definitions, reporting priorities and known limitations.

03

Decide what changes.

Review findings with the people responsible for execution and turn the useful insights into clear next steps.

YOUR NEXT STEP

Bring clarity
to the next decision.

Tell us which questions your current reports leave unanswered.

Let’s Talk Growth
What if our tracking is incomplete?

That is part of the starting assessment. We identify the gaps, prioritize the improvements and explain how those limitations affect the conclusions you can draw today.

Can you help interpret reports we already have?

Yes. We can review your current reporting, clarify definitions and connect the findings to decisions. The scope can focus on interpretation and improvement when additional dashboards would add little value.

Measurement and reporting

Separate an audit from implementation, dashboard development and ongoing analysis. Review GA4, Google Tag Manager, ad-platform events and CRM outcomes where relevant. Access should use your own accounts and the minimum permissions needed. Event definitions, QA and reconciliation come before conclusions.

Define the metric before judging it

Cost per lead = eligible spend ÷ qualifying leads. Cost per tour = eligible spend ÷ completed tours. Conversion rate needs a named event and denominator. ROAS uses attributed revenue, not profit. Attribution windows, duplicates, refunds and CRM status changes can alter every result.
