Information you choose to provide

An inquiry can include your name, email, company, website, selected service, project context, budget range and message. Name, email and a message are required. We use those details to respond and discuss the work you requested. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

How the inquiry works

When the online form is enabled, it sends your inquiry to our web server and through the configured email provider to our inquiry mailbox. A temporary server copy supports delivery checks. The form uses an essential session cookie for security, a hidden spam field and a limited attempt counter based on a keyed hash of your network address. A successful response means the mail service accepted the message, not that a meeting has been booked.

If the form is unavailable, you can contact us using the direct email or phone link. Your email provider then handles the message you choose to send. An unsent form does not create a subscription.

Storage and service providers

The website host processes requests and may keep operational access and security logs. Inquiry delivery uses the agency’s configured mail service; email providers process and store the correspondence. The website’s temporary inquiry copies are scheduled for removal after 30 days and attempt-counter files after one day when the required cleanup job is installed. Email correspondence is managed separately and may remain for the business discussion or recordkeeping. No fixed deletion period for the mailbox is promised here.

Analytics and outside links

This website does not include advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts. Portfolio links may open external websites, Google Drive files and historical exhibits; those services have their own policies. Older exhibits may contain contact information and data practices that do not describe this inquiry form.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit an inquiry or omit optional fields. To request access, correction or deletion of information you sent us, contact the inquiry address above. We will review the request and any applicable recordkeeping needs. This page does not claim certification or compliance with every privacy law.
