FAQ Q. What types of websites will my ad be posted on? A. We select websites from our network that best fit your websites content. We keep the ads as targeted as possible so your product is marketed to people who are most likely to purchase it. Q. Can I use the ad you make for me on other websites or affiliate programs? A. Yes, the ads we make for you are yours to keep and do with as you see fit. Q. Is there a fee to withdraw funds from my account? A. There's no fee and you can make a withdrawal at anytime. Bonus money offered through special promotions cannot be removed. Q. What if I want to change something in my ad? A. No problem you can email us at support@finalstepmarketing.com at anytime to update your ad. Q. Do you do HTML or plain text ads? A. We use HTML on almost all the websites in our network since they tend to be a lot more attractive however some sites do not allow HTML postings so we use text ads on them. Q. Are all websites accepted into your program? A. We do not allow any of the following (warez, hacking, hate groups, software piracy, or incomplete websites). If your website is not accepted your payment will be fully refunded immediately and you will be notified of the reason why. Q. How many sales can I expect from my campaign? A. This varies greatly and depends on many factors beyond our control (your website, prices, etc). Our open/click through ratios are well above market average however, and we are happy to provide references from past clients. Q. What if I have a premade message can you send it exactly as is? A. Yes, the only modification we will make is add our unsubscribe footer at the bottom. Q. Do you charge extra for designing my campaign? A. No, the design is included and the price stays the same whether you use our template or your own (the only exception to this are mobile billboard ads). Q. How do i know the traffic i paid for is being delivered? A. We provide a tracking program that allows you to see each time someone clicks on the link in the ad. You can also review your own website stats at anytime. Q. What am I required to provide? A. Basically only the info you want us to advertise, we can put the campaign together entirely including writing up the promotion text. You will get to approve the ad before it is sent out. Q. I have an offline business without a website can I promote it using your service? A. Yes, we have dealt with many companies that don't have web sites and have produced excellent results primarily via print distribution and mobile billboard advertising. Q. Is what you are doing considered SPAM or Unsolicited Email? A. No, all of our subscribers have opted in at a partner site to receive information about similar services and upon registration agreed they could be contacted by partner web sites with related promotions. Q. What is a hit? A. A hit occurs when a file is loaded from a web server. Several hits will occur when a web page is loaded - e.g. one hit for each image on the page and one hit for the page itself. In common usage, however, people are referring to visits when they use the term hit. Q. What is a visit? A. A visit occurs when someone loads a web page from your server thus "visiting" your site. The number of hits will always be equal to or greater than the number of visits. Q. What is an impression? A. An impression is a single display of a banner ad. For example, 1,000 impressions of a banner implies that the banner was seen 1,000 times. Some traffic services use the term impression to refer to a visit. Q. Do you offer any type of discounts for non profit organizations or charities? A. Yes, please contact our sales department for more info. Q. How long does it take for my campaign to start? A. Most campaigns start within just a few hours during our business hours. How long it takes from the time you purchase depends on how many revisions you request to be made to your ad but typically it takes less then 48 hours for everything. Q. What is your refund policy? A. Refunds are determined on a per case basis. Generally we can only issue a refund if your campaign has not been started yet. Q. I still have some questions about your service what can I do? A.
