Q1. What types of sites will my ad be posted on?

Basically the sites that best fit your websites content, we keep the ads as targeted as possible so you only expose your product to people that have an interest in it.
Q2. Do you put it on the same websites every week?
A. 

No, we vary the sites to give you exposure to a different community on regular basis (new sites are constantly added into our network).

Q3. How many sites will my ad appear on?
A. 

This varies depending on the package you purchase but can vary anywhere from 10 to 50 different sites a week.

Q4. How many people will see my ad?
A. 

This will vary based on the websites traffic however all the websites we place our ads on receive high traffic and are required to have at the very least a 1,000 registered members (some have over 100,000).

Q5. What if I want to change something in my ad?
A. 

No problem you can email us at support@finalstepmarketing.com at anytime to update your ad.

Q6. How much money will I make?
A. 

That depends on how good your product is our job is only to let potential customers know about it, but as they say a good product sells itself.

Q7. How many people will click through to my site?
A. 

This will also vary based on the banners content and the websites traffic however the click through ratio for this types of ads is a lot higher then for banners or emails because you don't see ads like this everywhere since our company is one of the only to provide this service right now.

Q8. Are all websites accepted into your program?
A. 

No we do not allow any of the following (pornographic, warez, hacking, software piracy, or incomplete websites). If your website is not accepted your payment will be fully refunded immediately and you will be notified of the reason why.

Q9. Do you do HTML or plain text ads?
A. 

We use HTML on almost all the websites in our network since they tend to be a lot more attractive however some sites do not allow HTML postings so we use text ads on them.

Q11. I have an offline business can I promote it using your service?
A. 

Yes, in fact we now have several companies that don't even have websites.

Q12. Can I select what websites I want my ad to appear on?
A. 

No, we do not reveal our affiliate websites due to our privacy policy however the websites your banner is placed on will be content related to your service.

Q13. How long will it be before my ads are up and running?
A. 

Ads will start appearing within 24 hours of ads approval.

Q14. Do I get to see my ad before it gets put up?
A. 

Yes, we ask all our customers to approve the ad for content and graphics before it is put up.

Q15. Do you offer any type of discounts for non profit organizations or charities?  
A. 

Yes, please contact our sales department for more info.

Q16. Won't the forum moderators delete the ads?
A. 

In many cases no because we have formed relationships with the sites we advertise on, in some cases they might but that takes a while to do usually so your ad will be exposed to a lot of people before this might happend.

Q17. What is your refund policy?
A. 

There are no refunds once an order is placed for the current week you pay for. To avoid charges for the following week memberships must be canceled by midnight on the last day of the weeks billing cycle.

Q18. What makes you service better then all the other advertising programs out there?  
A. 
The main factors that separate us from the competition are that our rates allow customers to reach more people sometimes at as much as 90% less then it would cost to reach as many through traditional marketing programs and also since very few companies provide this service a lot more people are likely to check out your product rather then junk mail that everyone deletes.
